Although it is not a particularly peaceful historical moment, most of the time I feel happy to be born in this period, the period of Disclosure. Disclosure not only of the "system", but also of our shadows, our traumas, and our hidden characters. The years that followed after 2012 were particularly fruitful for this process; I think anyone who enters this site can confirm it: the creation of the Completion Process could not have come at a better time!
Personally, since 2012, I entered a very deep crisis.
Although I was very dedicated to a corporate career, this was always being sabotaged by an inexplicable (for my age) chronic fatigue. To remedy this situation, I tried both traditional and alternative medicine, psychoanalysis, hypnosis, but nothing offered the answers I was looking for, let alone the desired relief. It unsettled me that I continued to mingle with the same people and the same toxic situations regardless of how I behaved to avoid them. It seemed a vicious circle...
But then, at last, I came across "The Completion Process" and everything began to change. I immediately fell in love with this process and it became my daily practice. I am very grateful to Teal for this opportunity and I am honored to be part of this community.
I believe, based on my personal experience, that many answers can be found in one's own body: the mind does not remember, but the body does not forget. Sometimes it is enough to be patient observers and wait for the traumatic memory to appear, like a flash in the night. If we should miss something, however, the law of attraction will take care of presenting our suppressed parts to us.
My personal commitment is to be present until you are ready to open your Pandora's box and welcome what comes with respect and understanding.
I believe that what most defines a practitioner are her own "shadows", because it is in that context that she is more experienced. I will share with you my main "shadows": PTSD, anxiety, chronic fatigue, chronic muscle tension, narcissistic abuse, dissociation, powerlessness, guilt.
Before starting, I offer brief introductory sessions.
