Please email me at email@example.com with some dates and times that work best for you. I am in the Eastern time zone and enjoy working between 11am-7pm.
My favourite thing to work on with people is to help them re-connect to who they are, what they like, and what they want in life. I absolutely love truly understanding who you are and leading you to also deeply understand yourself. Once you have that sense of understanding, we'd work together in clearing any blockages they may have to what they desire, and have complete focus on that trajectory and goal. Two of the biggest skills I have that make me the perfect person for this task is the ability to find clarity and a hypersensitive level of emotional attunement. If this is where you are, then I'd love to work with you through it!
Clarity: One of my greatest strengths is my ability to guide people through a deep clarification phase to determine the root cause of someone's mental, emotional, relational, and even physical pain. This sense of clarity is such an asset as it allows us to make much faster progress when working with the core of an issue rather than slowly working away at its branches. Resulting in people sharing that they have seen the fastest and most effective progress when working with me in comparison to past therapists.
Emotional Awareness and Attunement: My strong emotional awareness gives me the advantage of knowing what each emotion needs. For instance, despair needs presence and confusion needs stillness before being able to progress. Additionally, my innate emotional attunement lets me absorb two stories when someone is speaking to me - the mental one and the emotional (often subconscious) one. This emotional capacity and confidence enables me to be with any emotion and not flinch away from it but to go closer.
Together, these skills enable me to follow one's emotions and/or thoughts all the way to the root of it, creating an opportunity for me to bring my tools to dig the root up and plant what it is that they want to be there instead. I’d then add to the experience by giving practices to use between sessions to enable them to water and grow the new seed that they have now planted.
